Two carpenters who put their own name on it
Excellence Construction Pro is Djalma de Amorim Junior and Fabricio. We started this company in New Hampshire to do the work the way we already knew it should be done, without a layer of management between you and the person holding the tape.
New company, old hands
We want to be straight about this, because you can look it up anyway. The business is new. Fabricio has been doing carpentry for 12 years and Djalma for 4, and for most of that time the work went out under somebody else's name. Starting Excellence Construction Pro was about deciding how the job gets run, not about learning how to do it.
What we are not going to do is invent a history we do not have. There is no wall of reviews here yet and no count of finished projects, because this company has not been around long enough to have earned either one honestly. What we can put in front of you is the work itself, the two of us on site, and a straight answer when you ask a question.
The rest of it is simple. We are insured, we are a registered New Hampshire LLC, we quote before we start, and we would rather lose a job to a lower number than win one by promising something we cannot hold up.
- 12 years of carpentry, Fabricio
- 4 years of finish carpentry, Djalma
- 100 mile working radius from Manchester
- 2 owners, and one of us is on your job
The two names on the truck
-
Fabricio
12 years · framing, decks and estimates
Fabricio handles the commercial side, which means he is the one who takes your call, comes out to measure and puts the number together. On site he runs the framing and the structural work.
-
Djalma de Amorim Junior
4 years · finish carpentry
Djalma runs the finish end: doors, windows, casing, base, handrails and cabinets. He is also the one who will not leave a miter open, which is occasionally annoying and always worth it.
We have people working with us and a network of trade partners for the work around the carpentry, like painting. When part of your job is going to one of them, you will know before it is scheduled.
Three things we actually hold ourselves to
-
You hear from us
The complaint people have about contractors is almost never the carpentry. It is not knowing what is happening. We tell you where the job stands on the days you are not there to see it.
-
The date we give is the date
If something slips, you hear it from us first and you hear why. That is worth more than a schedule that sounded good in the driveway.
-
We fix what comes up
Old houses hide things. When we open a wall and find something nobody priced, we show you, explain the options and get your call before we keep going.
Where we work
100 miles out of Manchester covers most of New Hampshire, northern Massachusetts and southern Maine.
Tell us what you are building
Two short steps. Fabricio handles the estimates, so you are talking to one of the two owners from the first message, not a call center.
- We come out, measure and walk the job with you.
- You get the number before anyone touches anything.
- No charge for the visit or the estimate.
