We keep this site accurate, but the descriptions here are general. The scope, materials, schedule and price of any actual project are defined only in the written estimate and any agreement you sign with us. Nothing on this website is an offer or a binding quote.

3. Estimates

Estimates are free and carry no obligation. An estimate is based on what is visible and known at the time of the visit. If conditions turn out to be different once work is underway, for example concealed damage, rot or structural issues that could not be seen beforehand, we will inform you and agree any change with you before continuing.

4. Photographs on this site

Images on this website are used for illustration. They are not presented as a portfolio of completed projects by Excellence Construction Pro.

5. Submitting a request

When you submit the form you confirm the information you provide is accurate and that you are the owner of the property, or authorized to request work on it. Submitting a request does not create a contract.

6. SMS program terms

The Excellence Construction Pro name, logo and the content of this site belong to us or to our licensors. You may not reuse them without written permission.
